WORK WITH KATE
Support
-
I am a Certified Grief Educator and my grief support services are designed to provide a safe space for you to show up exactly as you are and to share, to be seen, to witness, and to connect with others who truly understand what you’re going through.
Healing
-
Yoga offers a beautiful path to healing and navigating life’s difficulties. Our bodies often hold onto trauma and other emotional burdens, and yoga is an incredibly powerful practice that helps release these trapped emotions, fostering inner peace and emotional resilience.
-
Reiki is a gentle, supportive energy healing practice that nurtures the mind, body, and spirit. As a non-invasive and comforting practice, reiki can easily be integrated into a holistic wellness plan to support mental, physical, and spiritual well-being.
Connection
-
A moon circle is a gathering of people who come together on the new and/or full moon. It is a safe, sacred, and non-judgmental space where everyone is encouraged to be themselves and lean into the support and shares of others.
-
Retreats are incredible opportunities for us to reconnect with ourselves while building a sense of community. They allow us to remember who we are and what makes us feel alive.
I’m Kate, and it is my mission to create spaces and moments that bring you solace. Spaces in which you can show up exactly as you are, whether it be in sorrow or in joy, and experience the healing that comes through yoga, energy work, retreats, and connection.
It is my hope that these spaces and experiences will provide soothing moments of respite from any turbulence in your life and allow you to feel deeply seen and supported.
It is an honor to share the tools and modalities that have made all the difference for me as I move through the ebbs and flows of life, especially in navigating the waves of my own grief.
